Updated Craft Room

I could live in this room! Here are the details on the décor – Window treatment was outdoor fabric from Joann Fabrics which was stapled to existing wood from previous valance (Used a 60% off coupon on this). White shelves and baskets, boxes, and desk are all from IKEA.

The white rectangular table was my Grandparents kitchen table back in the ’70s! They gave it to us when we got married and we took that table to use as a desk in our house in NY. We brought it with us back to Baltimore when our daughter turned 1 and continued to use it in our office. Now it is still perfect in our craft room. (Thanks Bubbie & Zaidie!)

Bathroom racks normally used for shampoo and other toiletries were repurposed for glue, glitter and paint. Hanging mailboxes from Homegoods were originally green, spray painted white, by my wonderful husband. The crystal chandelier as well as the white chairs with crystals were from Overstock.com. Penholder was from Michaels craft store. Life is Pretty Amazing sign was from Pbteen.com. The “dream” and “CREATE” were created by me and my daughter in the craft room! This room is so relaxing to work in. My son likes to do his homework in here and my daughter loves to do projects. My husband sits at the computer once in a while, but I’m in here every day.
